1. Booking
- A booking is confirmed only after telephonic/WhatsApp confirmation from our team.
- Online fare shown is an estimate. Final fare depends on exact route, actual weight, loading/unloading effort, tolls and state permits, and is confirmed before dispatch.
- GST is charged as per applicable rules (GSTIN 27CGNPT4575L1ZE).
2. Customer responsibilities
- Declare goods correctly, including weight, value and nature of items.
- Illegal, hazardous, flammable or banned goods are strictly not accepted.
- Keep the consignment note / booking ID safe — it is required for tracking and delivery.
3. Our responsibilities
- Provide the agreed vehicle on the committed date, load safely and deliver at the destination address.
- Share tracking updates during transit and delivery confirmation (POD) after delivery.
4. Delays & force majeure
Delivery times are best estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by weather, road blocks, strikes, accidents, government restrictions or other events beyond our control — though we always inform you and rework the plan.
5. Payments
- Advance as agreed at booking; balance on delivery unless agreed otherwise.
- Waiting/detention beyond agreed free hours may be charged as informed at booking.
6. Jurisdiction
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
