Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by customer

• More than 24 hours before pickup: full refund of any advance paid.
• 6–24 hours before pickup: refund of advance minus vehicle arrangement charges (up to 10%).
• Less than 6 hours before pickup / after vehicle is placed: vehicle placement charges are deducted; remaining advance is refunded.

2. Cancellation by us

If we cannot arrange the committed vehicle, you receive a 100% refund of the advance — no questions asked — or a free reschedule, whichever you prefer.

3. Refund timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method (UPI/bank transfer/cash as applicable).

4. How to request

Call 63511 07680 or WhatsApp your Booking ID with the word "CANCEL". You will receive confirmation and refund status on the same number.
